Redundant internal seals keep grit, sand, and saltwater out of the drag stack, so the same carbon discs used to dissipate heat in braking systems keep working season after season. A large arbor speeds up line pickup, and the One Revolution Drag Knob puts 39 numbered settings within a single turn.
