It's a winner

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Weight:

Gave as a gift to person who lives in snow country and takes the pup everywhere. Pup approved. The MD is good for MD sized doggo, I wouldnt try to fit a Lab in there. Apparently she has gotten out the truck, only to jump right back in her bag. Its a winner!

Pup Loves It!

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Got this for a chilly camping weekend with my dog and he totally loved it! At first, he didn't really get that he needed to lay between the two layers to stay warm, but as it got chillier, he figured it out and stayed cozy all night :) It's easily washable and is dryer safe, so an all around win there. This is a new staple for our camping weekends!

I have a three year old, 35 pound beagle and I bought the medium. I bought it because I was taking her on a four day, 3 night backpacking trip for the first time. It worked out perfectly as she slept inside it from day one. By night three she was asking to go in the tent to go to bed. She stayed safe and warm all night long and she just looked adorable. It packed nicely in my pack too.

Best purchase ever

I bought this at the end of the season last year and since my dog is nervous about new things, trained with him extensively on using it and getting comfortable with it. For reference, I have a 45 lb black mouth Cur. Can?t remember but I think I got the medium size. He?s got lots of room. He is double coated but it?s a short coat so he does get cold easily. In the past, when we camp I used a packable blanket but he always moved around and ended up on top of it, shivering. So I got this for him and finally got to use it last weekend in the backcountry near Moab. Worth every penny. Not only did he like having a place to lie down, but at night he was warm and stayed in it all night. It got all kinds of sandy and dirty but all that dirt brushed off well and I threw it in the wash and it was good as new! Packs well, and I was able to clip it to the outside of my pack. Zuko felt secure and comfy and that made me feel better! If you camp frequently, especially in the backcountry, get one. It?s worth it.
