Never even got what I ordered

First off, the rain suit looks super sturdy and well made! The material is very thick and looks like it will withstand rainy activities with a toddler! Also, just be aware that the rain suit does run large! However, my shopping experience with backcountry was terrible. My shopping experience has been incredibly frustrating. I originally tried to place an order online, but the site kept crashing and not allowing me to complete purchase. I called to get assistance, and was able to place the order with the help of customer service, and they very kindly gave me free two day express shipping for my troubles. Later in the week a got an email that payment was rejected and it would be cancelled if I didn’t resolve it (I used a gift card and 10$ on my Mastercard). I immediately reached out to my bank like the email suggested, but nothing was being blocked on their end, so they told me to attempt to resubmit the payment and it could’ve been a typing error since I did it over the phone. I reached back out to backcountry to sort payment, but every time they told me that it was still being rejected. Back to my bank I went, but they couldn’t even see any attempted payments from backcountry and told me that it’s definitely an issue on backcountry’s end. Back to costumer service I went and attempted 4 different payments. Finally, I cancelled part of my order and just used the gift card I had to just make things simple. My order was resubmitted, everything looked good and it was shipped, but now with standard shipping. I was frustrated, but at least I was getting the rain suit I wanted. The package arrrives, and it’s a different color and pattern from the one I ordered and I don’t even see a current listing on the website for what I got. At this point I don’t want to return or exchange anything. The product I received was in good condition, but simply not the one I ordered. Overall very frustrating, and not somewhere I plan to ever shop again.
