Red Chili designed the Fusion VCR Climbing Shoe similarly to the Spirit, except it has a subtle downturn to encourage you to try more overhung routes at the gym. The Fusion has the same Powerflex midsole and leather upper as the Spirit, so your foot will feel right at home, but the updated Vibram XS Grip rubber sole is sure to amp up your climbing game a grade or two. Red Chili also upgraded this shoe with a shock absorbing unit at the heel so jumping off boulders won't feel as painful.

I recently bought a pair of these and love them right out of the box! I wear a 14 in Nike athletic shoes, a 47cm in Scarp Vapor Vs, and I bought these in a 47cm/ 13US too. The rubber comes out of the box super sticky and the shoes quality is really high. Additionally, they are slightly less expensive than other shoes and look great too.

So it mentions in the reviews that these are good for people with wide feet... I have pretty narrow feet and I am looking for a good moderate transition shoe so I can start getting into more difficult climbs. Do you think these shoes would be good for narrow feet or do you suggest another moderate shoe that won?t break the bank? I have been looking into the scarpa arpia as well.
