Really nice stretch. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. Love this stretch material. They have knee gussets, waist line, and pockets all stretch The thigh zip pocket plenty big for my phone or other flat items. The rear pocket is zip which if I had one critical thing to say, would be that. Personal preference. Follow the sizing as waist line expands and contracts which is great for backpacking. (loss of weight) Can't say enough about these pants as they've taken over as my favorite hiking pants the last 2 yrs.

These fit well but they have absolutely zero stretch. I actually purchased them for climbing and I can't get my knee above my hip without them feeling like they're going to rip. They would probably work well for hiking but they do not allow for the range of motion that they advertise.

What is the inseam length associated with size S?
