Warm and dry on a
Warm and dry on a tough, windy day in Snowdonia. Only issue I found was the cuffs are a little wide, even after using the toggle, and are a struggle to get below your coat sleeve meaning water can enter down your arm. Still, a life saver in 35mph wind and rain.
