Pendleton Silverton Coat

Loved the coat! However, the supplier forgot to include the removable sherpa collar that was supposed to be included with the coat (which was a huge selling point for me). Instead of haggling with Customer Service to send me the sherpa collar, I returned it. The individuals packing boxes for shipment should pay closer attention to the details to avoid losing a sale and a potential future customer.
