This is a very light merino wool product, seemed pretty durable, was very stretchy, more so than the BUFF I tried. This also weighs very little. If I travel farther, and the wind is hitting me, I sometimes double layer this neck gaiter to keep my face and ears warm. Overall a great product for 35-45 degree weather. My only gripe was I wore it upside down, with the embroider stitching rubbing my nose a bit. It was kinda annoying. Hopefully a rev 2 version will remove the stitched embroidering entirely.
