Easy to use and well made
While this product is more expensive than other solutions for attaching your camera to your backpack, it is well worth it. Unlike other options such as straps with clips, this keeps your camera from wobbling around while you're hiking. Used marketplace can sometimes save you a little money too.

Revolutionary Design!
Once I realized how convenient this was I purchased immediately. Going to keep it on my bag/belt every day I take my camera out and about. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

Great for changing lenses
I’ve been a professional photographer for 30 years and was glad to discover I can still improve my kit. The capture is especially handy for changing lenses, with the camera firmly attached to your belt you’ve got your hands free to change and store lenses with ease. Great for those moments when you need both hands to climb, shift your camera bag from one shoulder the other etc.

Game changer for carrying cameras
I have been using this for a couple of years now, of course it fits PD Bates and is also easy enough to attach t other bags and makes camera carrying much easier and more flexible. It’s also great to not have a camera strap getting in the way.

Works GREAT!
I like the capture system so much that I have it attached to my camera bag, my sling bag and my fanny pack so that no matter which rig I pick up I have the capture already on it. . .saves me a lot of time and is a very secure fit.

Excellent way to carry your camera
I've tried other camera clips over the years, and this is by far the best one. It's low-profile, lightweight, cleanly designed, and well-integrated with the rest of the Peak Design ecosystem. I am able to switch from the Capture clip, to a tripod, to a gimbal without having to adjust my camera's configuration. I clip it to backpacks, fanny packs, and belts without any issues. If you carry on a belt, be sure to lock it as I've noticed it's possible to accidentally press the release mechanism. I even replaced the footer on my Sony 70-200mm f2.8 lens with the included Capture plate to reduce its overall size (fits into luggage more easily this way) and offer that big lens the same degree of carry and usage flexibility. Capture doesn't replace a camera strap for me but does very nicely complement it!

don’t know why I hesitated for so long.
The capture has been in my cart for longer than I would like to admit, but has quickly become part of my daily carry, And making it easier to just shoot in the moment.
