- Q & A
Great transition coat
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Size Bought: small
I got this to wear when my heavy winter coat was too heavy and warm. Overall, it is great. It does feather a bit which is a bit annoying, but overall it's warm and fits great. I am 5 feet tall, 100 pounds and the small has enough room for a sweater without being bulky.
- Fit: Runs small
was really disappointed in this coat, not only in the color, looks grey more then green and waaaaaaaaay too small which is really odd because I have another patagonia coat in medium that I kinda swim in. I ordered a medium thinking I could wear a lightweight hoodie underneath if I needed but I think with the current sizing even wearing a base layer underneath would have been too snug. Also noticed a handful of feathers starting to poke out. Sucks because I really liked the way this looked online.
This bomber bombed
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: True to size
Was hoping to use this jacket as a city coat but it did not fit me well. I labeled it as true to size fit, I am typically a S in Patagonia, but the arms seemed a tad short and the overall length did too which might just be because I am a longer limbed gal and this jacket it more fitted compared to most of Patagonia clothing. I also didn't love how tight the bottom detail was.
Does this product run true to size? Or is it a narrow fit? do you recommend sizing up?
