STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

I absolutely love Pacsafe, I have 3 other products that I’m happy with and thought I would give this one a try. I bought it specifically for a trip to Europe because -pickpockets- and it started falling apart at the airport before my first flight out of the country. By the second flight the top zipper literally fell on my hand, I couldn’t use it as a backpack because the seam kept coming apart, I was only able to use it on top of my carry on roller and I was able to use the side handle to move it around (an unnecessary annoyance since I’m paying for an expensive product) needles to say this backpack was anything but safe. I contacted customer service right away and they started the return process. The last thing I wanted to do on my vacation was to go shopping for a carry on backpack and yet that’s what I had to do to keep my stuff safe. STAY AWAY!!!
