My favorite pants!
I absolutely love these pants! The pockets are great. My phone fits without concerns of it falling out. They are lightweight and water repellent ... I have hiked in heavy downpours and, even though eventually they did get wet, they dried extremely fast!

Comfortable and durable for field work.
These are probably my new go-to field pants. I do wish there was a draw string to help keep them where they need to stay. They are great when I don't have a pack on, but it would be nice to have a little extra support to keep them up when wearing a backpack.

Great fit! Wish there were brighter colors.
I love the waste band of these. I have the same in shorts and they always fit comfy. The fabric of the pants is super breathable too. I just wish I could get the pants in brighter colors!

Eh
Super short inseam (I have this problem with a lot of OR pants but these were even shorter than normal), and they don't hold their shape. The waist band is very comfortable and the fabric is nice and light

SO CLOSE TO NAILING THE DESIGN
Love the longer fit of these pants, as most of OR's pants are too short for me (please make a short, regular, and long size!) The drawstrings at the ankles are nice to have but confusing to use. This would be a good area for a redesign. Also, the waist is a bit loose so a drawstring at the waist would be a great addition. I like that feature of my ferrosi leggings, but other than that I prefer the Zendo fit as its a bit oversized and therefore has the widest range of motion of all my OR pants. But pleeeeaaase consider updating the design! If you have questions @productdevteam, I work on the 5th floor :)

love the old version
I have the old version of these pants and love them. They are light and breathable and my favorite feature is that I can roll them up. They are light and dry quickly. They are the only pants I brought on a year long trip around the world and proved to be very versatile from hiking in the Himalayas to keeping me cool on hikes in Uganda while being quite modest. My only complaint is that the waistband is not quick dry. Therefore it stays wet after you get sweaty of in humid climate. I wore a hole on the butt so I am looking at getting another pair but fear OR had gotten rid of the roll up option which would reduce the versatility of these awesome pants.

I would buy this product again
I love the sleek new top and leg fit of this redesigned Zendo pant, with still the same lightweight water sloughing material and great price point. The slimmer fit means I had to move up a size though, so be warned if you're online ordering! My favourite way to wear them is at 3/4 length like a Capri. My only complaint is the toggle they are using now on the pant cuff didn't hold position as well As the old style, and tends to get under foot when wearing them long. Regardless, I'm a fan!
