Not What I Expected

So I was expecting OR's high quality great fit capris. But alas no. I ordered my usual size 10. As soon as I removed them from the package I realized just like the other reviewers have said that the waistband was not going to accommodate my hips. Unfortunately the waistband is not made out of the correct stretchy Lycra. So instead of risk tearing them to hoist them up my hips I quickly repackaged them & returned them. Thank goodness for the solid return policy from OR!

A good technical pair of capris

I was a little weary to get these capris, but am glad I did. I like that they aren't yoga pant style fabric and are more durable with a rip stop style fabric. They aren't as next to skin, but also don't show every drop of cellulite. Fair warning, not great if you have super large hips/butt, as there isn't a lot of give around the waist band.

I returned them

I was so excited to order these, then so disappointed when I got these leggings. The material is thin and scratchy, and the waist band was not very elastic. It was difficult to get over my hips when putting on, then loose when around my waist. I ended up returning them. I ordered a size small, and am 5'4".

My new hiking go to

These are fantastic for hiking. The pockets work well to hold my cell phone, keys, or snacks.
