I highly recommend this hoodie

I'm so happy with this purchase. The fit is perfect and it is sooo comfortable. I use it as a baselayer during the colder months and as a top layer during the warmer months. I'm a happy camper (hiker)!

I was expecting a tighter kind of undergarment fit. I am 6’ 1”, skinny, long arms - and the large size is fairly baggy / loose. Lots of material at the wrists. A very lightweight / thin shirt.

This is a well thought out garment. The monkey thumbs are perfectly placed and designed. The hood rests perfectly in place to get you the coverage you want without hindering neck movement or visibility. It's lightweight enough that it almost feels like you aren't wearing it at all. So far, I love it!

Best sun hoodies

I wear an echo every time I hike. I live in southern California and hike year round. Never got a sun burn with one of these on. It catches every little breeze and feels really nice.

Perfect for travel as well as sun protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here in the PNW this hoodie works perfectly when out for a paddle on the lakes or sound and the breeze kicks up, or for sun protection on those glorious summer days. I also love it for travel. It packs down to nothing and is a great weight for when the plane gets a little too cool.

Great concept and execution foiled by fragile material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too shabby, but definitely on the fragile side. It makes for a great base layer, or even outer wear when cycling, but it definitely doesn't seem to hold up through heavy use, unfortunately. Almost 5-star for performance in hot weather, but the complete lack of durability is a hard pass, I guess. Having the material pile, pill, or even fray from rubbing on plastic buckles isn't good!

Lightweight and Fast Drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for the lake or the pool. I have fair skin so I wear it in the water and drip dry afterwards. Even keeps you cool when wearing in the sun. I'm 5'8" with an athletic build and slightly barrel chested, medium fits well, not too baggy.

Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Arizona and this is great for the hot summers. It provides great protection from the sun without making it much hotter. It's super lightweight and breathable.

Lightweight breathable layer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight and packable layer. Makes for a decent base layer under rain coat or fleece on mild days. Only drawback, but is such with all materials like this, is it is easy to damage.
