Fashion & warmth
The vest was puffier than I expected it to be, but it is SO warm & I have only had good reception with the color! (I got the yellow.) You definitely have to be ready to stand out/ be looked at if you get the yellow color, but it's super super effective if that's what you want! I haven't stopped wearing it since I got it! My new favorite thing to layer over a hoodie jacket or flannel! Throw a beanie on, and you're good to go! I'm 128 lbs, 5'7" and got a small and it's perfect. I could fit a more warm coat under it if I wanted, and sometimes put my coat over it just headed into an event quickly. Great buy, super super pleased with the purchase

Warm, great fit
Fit is as expected. I was worried it might be boxy, but it isn't. 5'8, 145 and a size medium is perfect. I can wear a light sweatshirt underneath. It's warm and just the right amount of puff!

Thin and runs small

Runs small and is veryyy thin/feels cheap. The hood is nice and soft but it’s not removable. For this steep price I’d rather buy a north face and actually be warm!

Cozy but need to size up
I bought the original cold front vest in a medium and it fit perfectly, but when I got a medium in this one it fit too small and I needed to send it back to get a large. It is also shorter than the original and cut straight all around instead of having it a bit longer at the back if that makes a difference to you or not. The faux fur is a nice touch though making it extra cozy compare to the original and the stitching is nice. It's too bad I have to pay for shipping to return, I hope OR changes that policy one day or at least for high priced items.

So Cozy
So I have the original cold front vest, but when I saw this one had a fuzzy neck and came in pink, I needed it. I love it, it's definitely so cozy and adds a nice bit of warmth. I've worn it horse back riding in windy conditions with light snow and was plenty warm.
