When temps are in the negative and winds threaten to slice through us, we start layering with the Orage Harebelly Base Layer Top. The thicker material blend gives us a greater defense against harsh alpine conditions—trapping heat, wicking sweat, drying quick—all while its high stretch and the raglan sleeves afford us complete movement freedom.

3 wears/1 wash and already piling

The weight and comfort of these base layers is fine. I bought them and wore them for a winter snowshoe/yurt weekend. However, they are piling like crazy after just 3 wears and 1 wash. The photos are after the weekend wear and first wash (on gentle with other non-zipper base layers). For the price and brand, I am disappointed in the quality. I'm not sure how long they will last if this is what it looks like after first wash.
