Comfortable - Quick Break In

Familiarity:: I've put it through the wringer

Bought these for a 30 mile backpacking trip a few weeks before - I was in a pinch for new hiking books. These broke in quickly. I wore them consistently 20ish days before the trip for an outdoor job and short hikes. Did pretty well for me. Got a hotspots on my big toes on the last long day of downhill. The hike was pretty rocky, but it seemed like the soles look pretty beat up after only a month of use. Waterproofing is good! Took an accidental stumble into a creek and my sock stayed dry. I would consider these again and recommend to a friend for regular use on dirt/gravel. Just not on rough and rocky terrain. Especially during spring and fall.

Way too small compared to other Oboz

I thought these would be great to replace some worn a long time Oboz I love. They are so small I couldn't get my foot into them. Same size and ostensibly same style I had before. Not sure what happened here. My feet are the same. The boots were great otherwise and I liked the color just fine (although I rarely care unless it's a really ugly color).
