Won’t wear anything else for sports

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I’ve been wearing the outfield prizm (maybe just called field now) for several years. I wear them for sand volleyball and they do everything they say they do. They help pick out the ball in the sky. The cut the sun without being too dark. They really increase clarity all around. They never fog up from sweat or anything (find frames that best fit your face). I absolutely LOVE these lenses. There is only one downside as far as I can tell and it’s the fact they scratch so easily.

See things like never before!

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I got these as a gift for my dad and every time I see him he tells me how much he loves them. I got him the 'golf' lens since he plays pretty much every day and he says they make a big difference. For starters they are very comfortable, he can wear them while walking 18 holes with no discomfort or pressure points, with or without a hat. The ear and nose pads are grippy and he does not have any issues with them slipping even on the hottest days. The lenses are the main attraction and as awesome as they sound. Great filed of vision with the larger extended view lens. They work as advertised to help increase contrast and enhance color to give you better depth perception and allow you to better gauge distance. They are dark enough for the brightest days but not so dark he has to take them off if its a little overcast at times, he finds them very versatile in that regard. He likes them so much they never leave his golf bag so he's always sure to have them with him. Comes with a nice hard case for protection as well as a soft case for cleaning.

Crystal Clear

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

So. I had been riding in a pair of $10 sunglasses, stubbornly touting that "They're **fine**!" they were not fine. Enter, the Oakley Radar EV Pitch Prizm. I get it now! The hype! I rode in these for the first time over the weekend, in varied conditions around Utah. They are *so* clear and increase contrast well. I was especially impressed at their not fogging up, even as the temps increased as I climbed up Guardsman's Pass. They fit well on me--I reckon someone with a considerably smaller face than I would feel they were oversized. I'm really looking forward to using these more!

No extra lenses included

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

Also I think it is worth noting that while these sunglasses only come with one lens, it is super easy to get any other desired lens (Amber, clear, etc) for variable riding conditions and swap out the lenses to better suite the conditions in a matter of seconds.

Will never go back to different sunnies

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

HOLY COW!! These sunglasses are freaking awesome and seriously have changed the way I ride. They stay perfectly put on my face without having to fiddle with them and constantly push the sunnies back up onto the bridge of my nose. I chose these lenses (the Radar EV pitch) instead of the EV Path version because I like the larger lens on the pitch sunglasses. I have the prizm road lens and it seriously makes a HUGE difference when riding. The lens is not polarized so I do not have issues viewing my garmin or cell phone. The road prizm does a great job of blocking the right amount of sun and also inhancing certain colors (like the yellow and white lines on the road). The lenses also make it really easy to see bumps and rocks in the road and stay remarkably clear and I have not had any issues with fogging or scratches yet. Overall, anyone who wants to up their game on the bike in both I handed visibility and also style (hellooooo these sunnies are RAD) I would highly recommend the Oakley EV Pitch with the prizm road lens.

HOLY

Sarah - You reviewed both the Radar EV and the Jawbreaker and seem to like both. I am also considering both of these. Do you have a preference for one of these for cycling? Appreciate the feedback!

Hello, how is the "outfield" lens for road riding in comparison to the "road" prizm?
