Burly for backcountry rides/hike a bike.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- 46/12
Got a few rides in on them so far and they feel like a good burly shoe that will live up to my big backcountry rides that always involve a little hike a bike. The sole is stiff enough to not feel the cleat through it while still being totally walkable. These replaced a lighter shoe, also Northwave, that wasn’t up yo the job. The retention system is the same though and it worked very well on the previous shoes so it ought to last here as well. Unlike name brand BOA, these won’t loosen.
