    Survive the storm.

Equipped with a 3-layer Gore-Tex C-Knit membrane for outstanding durability and weather protection, the Norrona Men's Tamok Gore-Tex Limited Edtion Jacket is a premier freeride jacket for skiing and riding in extreme alpine conditions. Named after the powder paradise that is Norway's Tamok Valley, the Tamok Gore-Tex Shell is guaranteed to keep you completely dry in the deepest snow while blocking raging winds above treeline. The jacket's longer cut maximizes coverage when you're skiing and riding in zones with exceptionally deep snow.

Gore-Tex's C-Knit membrane is up to 10 percent lighter and 15 percent more breathable than traditional 3-layer Gore-Tex, making it an outstanding choice for regulating core temperature during backcountry tours. Another benefit of this construction, the knit backing's smooth texture facilitates easy layering without it bunching or pulling underneath. To minimize overall bulk, Gore Seam 13mm Tape reduces the seam tape size, all without leaving you vulnerable to oncoming precipitation.

This jacket is amazing! The cut is awesome, the camo pattern is great, and the features are perfect. The C-Knit fabric gives you Gore-Tex protection without the potato chip bag crinkle and stiffness. I loved the venting and the pockets of this jacket and the longer cut. I went with a L for a baggier fit allowing for lots of layering. I usually wear M in most everything except for outerwear. I usually use the jacket for touring, but this would be perfect for any snow-related endeavor. One thing I've loved about all Norrona jackets is the tapered cuff that covers the back of your gloves, it allows for full coverage and full range of motion, and the cuff is much easier to pull over gloves and mittens than traditional cuffs.
