The Lofoten also features a removable powder skirt that buttons into Snap-Seal compatible pants for extra security, and X-open ventilation uses two-way zippers at each underarm to vary how much airflow you need.

A Zip-Seal system allows you to zip the Lofoten into Zip-Seal compatible pants for complete coverage. The adjustable hood has a wired brim to stay out of eyesight, and the inner hand gaiters have thumbholes to secure the sleeves.
