Trail runner, through and through.
With its lightweight, airy feel, the Nike Men's Air Zoom Terra Kiger 4 Trail Running Shoe might seem like a running shoe when you first put it on, but make no mistake, this shoe is built to go off-road. The Flymesh upper with a Dynamic fit system and Flywire cables provides the support you need for running over rugged terrain, while still maintaining a lightweight, breathable feel. A Phylon midsole with Zoom Air heel and forefoot units cushions your foot across rocky trails and propels you forward. Exaggerated lugs ensure traction through mud, loose dirt, and rock alike, and sticky rubber in the center forefoot enhances grip when the trails are wet.
- Lightweight support and traction for the trails
- Flymesh upper is highly breathable, yet supportive
- Dynamic fit system with Flywire cables lock down foot
- Phylon midsole with Zoom Air for cushion and rebound

Believe it or not I have been trying to purchase a pair of these shoes on sale for several seasons now. I am so proud of this purchase cause these shoes are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. They match with a pair of jeans perfectly and have just the right style of loudness for my taste. I hike short distances but I would never wear these shoes cause they are my clean shoes. These shoes should look great and last me a very long time.
These are my day hikers

I really like the Terra Kiger line. ive been wearing these for a long time and they are always great for wearing on the trail. great traction and comfort. there is enough support to not have to worry about rolling an ankle. Highly recommend for someone looking to grab a pair for casually walking trail.
Runs way too small
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: 7
I ordered these shoes for my vacation but sadly the size is way too small against common sense. I have a bare foot of 23.5 cm which I usually go for US7 without any problem for any brand. When I try on this, my feet were cooped anywhere. From toes to the instep and heel. they are just all wrong. I got nowhere comfort unless I take out the foot bedding pad with no sock on my foot. I ordered in china so there is no way I can return it. Nike should stay consistent with size in common and seems this time they are playing around with it. Really disappointed. But anyhow it is still a good one while with correct size but I am afraid I can’t enjoy this goody.
Great Trail Shoe

I really like the fit and comfort. The toe box is a little shallow so you may have to order a half size up.
Love them

I really like these shoes and have put a ton of miles in them. Probably my favorite trail shoe I have owned. One minor defect has prevented 5 stars. One section of tread on the inside of the footbed comes loose. I just cut it off and continue to use them... It is still a bit annoying.
My go to shoe

Great Daily shoes
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I gave these as a gift and he had this to share:
I enjoy the soles and traction on these shoes. They are solid yet soft enough to feel the ground as needed. There is a cool toe shield that is minimal but does the needed work of keeping my toes happy for future runs and day use. The toe box is also a bit wider than your standard Nike shoe which makes it more comfortable for all day wear.
The only complaint I have is that the upper sole that attaches is starting to chip away slightly. Not sure how it'll go in the future but for right now these shoes remain my day-to-day, go-to shoes :)
Greater for short to medium trail runs
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
- Height: 4'5"
- Weight: 105lbs
Such an awesome shoe. They are extremely lightweight and low to the ground. I really like running in them but on the first few funs I had some pain on the ball of my foot (where I strike). Now I don't really trust them for a full ultramarathon but I may slip them on at the end when the legs get tired. The lugs are nice and aggressive. I have worn them on wet days without any slipping. Definitely give them a try!
2nd Pair and still loving them!

This is my second pair, and I am as happy with these as the first. If you running primarily on trails that are not super technical, these shoes will work out great! I have used them quite a bit for trails and even jogging on mixed terrain and I am sure I'll grab another pair before we sell out of them.
Go get it!
Nike tk4
I have found reviews very helpful with on line shopping so I wanted to contribute. I have worn out my TK3s over the summer and needed a new pair. Like any self respecting OCD runner I searched for a new pair of the exact same TK3s. When I was unable to find my size I ordered a pair of TK4s from Backcountry. These shoes are fantastic. The small, sharp and grippy lugs have yet to slip on all trail conditions. I lost 2 lugs off the TK3s but given their 500 miles of service I was not surprised. The uppers on the new TK4s feel even better than the 3s. They feel very airy but tough. They drain water out very quickly while running and wash off really well after heavy use. The TK4s fit just the same as the 3s. Very roomy in toe box and snug around fore foot and heel. I highly recommend these shoes. Thanks Backcountry!
Footbed felt weird
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: True to size
- Height: 5'9"
- Weight: 150lbs
I cannot comment on the quality, performance, or durability of this shoes. All I have is an opinion of the fit. I felt like the arch support was in a weird spot, and I felt a like there were some bumps in the footbed that just felt out of place. As soon as I tried them on, I knew I couldn't keep them. Maybe I just have a weird foot or am too sensitive but they just did not work for me.
Good Shoe not alot has changed
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: 9.5
- Height: 5'7"

the shoe is bomber as ever, the upper changed a bit over the TK3 (no more burrito wrap tongue which is a bummer because I really liked it) and it got a bit heavier. The blue is a really light color not sure if I am into it yet but its growing on me
