Hitting the hay in the innovative Riff 15 Sleeping Bag by NEMO Equipment Inc. gives us the comfortable space we need to get a good night's rest. This bag's Spoon shape design gives us more room in the shoulders, elbows, and knees to help prevent feelings of claustrophobia and make room for side sleepers.
A waterproof foot box and hydrophobic down insulation keep you warm even from tent walls lined with rain or condensation, helping you wake up with the sun after a stormy night. If you put on too many layers before bed, unzip the Thermo Gills to release heat without letting in cold air, or connect your bag to your partner's compatible Jam model if you are looking for more warmth.

incredibly warm, narrow
Incredibly warm for shoulder season frosts, zippers are functional and toe box is very insulated. However, it's narrow. On my side or back, there is tension of the bag on my shoulders or arms, which feels constricting enough that I keep it unzipped. There's no way I can adjust positions without it unzipped. The 'long' version adds room to the hip and shoulder, but then you have the extra deadspace at your feet if you're not close to 6'. The Women's Disco version has +5 inches in the hip and +2 in the shoulder. For reference, I am athletically built at 5'6 and 140 lb. Would give a 5/5 if this bag had just a bit more room to it.

Best sleeping bag of all time
I LOVE this sleeping bag. It is incredible. I have never been cold in this sleeping bag throughout many nights camping while on canoe trips. I have the long version which is amazing. I am 5'7" which is definitely a little taller than average so the extra room is super comfortable. It packs light and super small which is every outdoor person's dream. If you are looking to invest in a sleeping bag that will last you a long time with extremely high quality, look no further!

Love, love, love
I am in love with this bag! It's so light, packs down fairly small but is SOOOO roomy! I'm a side sleeper so I like to be able to bend my knees or not sleep with my legs stuck together and the Riff allows that!!

So darn warm!
I got this sleeping bag for a trip to the Trinity alps. Wind came down of the ridge and was ice cold. Sleeping bag kept me toasty warm all night.

Exactly what I wanted
So the Riff 15 Womens Down Sleeping bag, Long was exactly what I wanted in a sleeping bag. I have only used it a few times so far but so far it has been spectacular. I am a 6'2" male and I got this bag due to the temp rating differences and it fits me well. The packability is great and it isn't to heavy in the pack. This is my first NEMO sleeping bag and if my initial experience holds it will not be my last.

AMAZING
I have only used the bag twice and each time temperatures were in the high 20s-low 30s and I never was cold! I am ALWAYS cold too! In my last bag that was a 15deg and in those temps I would be cold! Not this one! 10/10

Great bag for a stomach and side sleeper
I bought this a few months ago and have used it on a few trips already. The temps at night were around 28-30° and the bag was very comfortable. I have the Aya 15 (great bag) but needed a little more room since I am a side and stomach sleeper. This bag is light weight and very packable.

I love this bag
I’ve historically struggled to be warm when camping as I’m a side sleeper and fidget a lot in my sleep. I don’t do well staying on my back, and this bag kept me incredibly warm as I squirmed around all night. In low thirties I was almost sweating! It doesn’t pack down as small as I would like, but I’m happy to sacrifice the space for how amazing this bag is!

Warm and light
I bought this to use at high elevation in southern Utah. So far it has keep me warm and toasty at 30+ temperatures. I have not yet used it at lower temps. Even with the vents open I have slept with the zipper undone on nights in the high 40s. The vents and neck baffle are great features for temperature control. I also really like the way the zipper is attached so it can't get hung up on fabric. I am a side, back, and stomach sleeper and have plenty of room to move around with out waking up. The only reason I took off a star is that it is losing a few feathers after minimal use.

Finally a bag I feel comfortable in all night.
Me = a) always running cold, b) I toss and turn a lot in my sleep AND c) I sleep on my side. Basically, my sleeping preferences are the nightmare combo for finding sleeping bags. After years of trying, I came to the conclusion that I just wasn't meant to backpack/camp comfortably. Then this bag was recommended by a coworker who is a backpacking enthusiast/pro. Um... GAME CHANGER. It's one of my favorite accessories now. I have enough space inside the bag to move and be me... all while actually sleeping through the night. Now I have all the energy to climb mountains and backcountry board without the added 8 cups of coffee in the morning. Score.

I bought a men’s RIFF 30 Long back in 2018, and now I’m trying to find a sleeping bag for my wife that we can zip both of ours together. Does she have to get a woman’s RIFF 30 Long or can she get any women’s bag and size?

My partner (4’11”) and I (5’6”) would have preferred a shorter length option, but since such an option does not exist, we are willing to consider two regular length women’s bags. If we flip one inside out, would two women's bags be able to zip together?
