Ol faithful!
Love this chair! The mesh seat and back are awesome especially in a dewy morning! 4 stars only because the Elite is out now and even better!!

Worth the weight
I’ve used this chair multiple times and I couldn’t be happier with it. Extremely comfortable in all areas; reclining when relaxing and upright when eating. Only reason for missing star is the extra weight vs other options. As of now, it’s 100% worth the extra weight in my opinion.

Not durable at all
For the price I was hoping it would be a lot more durable. However, after using the chair for a 20-day backpacking trip, the strap on one side was frayed to the point of destruction and all 4 of the rubber feet were completely worn out. Now when I use it i cannot adjust the straps at all and I have to put the chair on rocks so that it doesn't sink into the dirt or sand. Pretty frustrating because the chair is clearly designed for lightweight backpacking but it doesn't hold up at all for backpacking trips. At this price I definitely expected more from Nemo.

Its a great, lightweight chair
I've (160 lb, 5'10") been using this chair for over a year on backpacking trips, car camping and around the house. What I like about it is that I can easily set it up in less than a minute and have a great, comfortable seat wherever I may be. Visually, it is a beautiful chair that I am always getting compliments on. There is one flaw I have found over the past year, which is the suspension system does not stay as secure as I would like. When pulled all the way forward, it pretty easily slides back into the recline position. Not a huge issue and doesn't bother me. Hoping this issue is addressed in the Elite version which I am soon to test.

Great product, great warrenty.
Bought this chair mid 2022 and took it on tons of camping outings, kayak camping, concerts, and even just a nice chair to sit in in my room to read a book. Super comfortable for a camp chair and wide enough to fit my butt comfortably. (M 215lbs). Absolutely worth the extra weight in your pack/kayak or however you carry it This chair served me well. Though after a few years of hard use, this month (jan2024), it started to fray a bit near the top where the seat fabric attaches to the rubber corner piece. Sent it in for warranty and Nemo sent me a brand new chair and I'm super happy to have a brand new chair for a few more years of hard use. My only real *minor* complaints are it's a little fiddly to get it all back in the bag neatly, and when the chair is brand new it's a bit tough to get all four corners snapped in place. But after a bit of break in its fairly easy to assemble. One slight modification I made was to the carry bag. I used a boot lace and some tiny carabineers to turn the carry bag into a sling bag. For if I'm just bringing the chair with me

Super portable & performs well in the sand
Picked two of these up to keep in the trunk for kids' sporting events and have been very pleased. So pleased, in fact, that we recently decided to toss them in the luggage for a family vacation. Small footprint and low weight when packed up made it easy to bring with to beaches and hikes. The rubber feet even kept the chair for sinking too much in the sand so we got to enjoy some beach time reclined in our Moonlite chairs. If 4.5 starts was an option I would have selected that as the setup / repacking is a bit cumbersome - but not any different than other chairs in this category.

Packs down so small you'll take it everywhere
We have two of these Moonlite chairs for camping or beach hangouts. They backdown very small and are super easy to set-up. The quality is very high, from the aluminum to the fabric - which almost looks or feels rubberized. Like all NEMO products, the care and attention to detail make it worth the price, and it will last you a lifetime of use.

Solid Chair
Love this chair for packability for paddleboard camping adventures. My only complaint is the front rubber feet get torn up on rocky lake beaches. I've only used this for 3 overnight trips and they are down to bare poles. I would have expected more durability.

Love it!
I purchased the moon lite on sale. I’d like the stargazer but that’s expensive plus I wanted a lighter chair for spring/summer backpacking when my pack is lighter than in winter. I dig the chair. Easy setup and fairly comfy for 5’9 muscular thick 207 pound frame. Lol. I had to watch the video Nemo has on take down cause oddly enough that was trickier than taking down a tent as the poles have to fold a certain way and it took me a little time to figure out that 2 of the poles are permanently riveted. I thought I was doing something wrong. LOLOL. Other than that the chair is sturdy even when reclined. The reclined position isn’t as reclined as I would like, but that’s minor for me. Chair also seems pretty durable. Time and use will tell.

Seriously, I keep two of these chairs in my car and ready to go for any and every adventure. It is super small and lightweight and it is also the only chair I have found in this category that has a 'recline' and 'sit up' mode. While working around a table I have the back of the chair upright which is comfortable and then when I am ready to relax I simply slide the side tensioners back and the whole back section reclines. The seat is highly breathable and fast drying and because there aren't any stitches throughout it doesn't become uncomfortable when after long periods of use. Overall, this thing is great, is easy to use and has proven to be really durable so far!
