    Fight gravity.

Most showers designed for camping have to hang from trees and require gravity to push water through, making for a high pressure at the beginning and a terribly low pressure when the bag is only half full. Nemo fixed this problem by adding a foot pump to the Helio LX Pressure Shower; you control the pressure from the first scrub to the last. This innovative design also allows you to keep the bag on the ground instead of hanging from something. This LX version offers 20% more water than the standard Helio model, and that equates to ten minutes of steady water pressure.

    • Clever camping shower defies the troubles with gravity
    • Included foot pump assures steady water pressure
    • Silicone sleeve holds nozzle in the open position
    • LX model offers 20% more water for 7-10 minutes of use

    Clean

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a great addition to any camp set up. It holds 5.9 gallons of water and will run non stop for 5 min. Can't wait to use it more this summer on all the trips.

    More than a Shower!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This pressure shower is so useful! we do use it for a shower when camping or on the road. But even more useful, we use it to wash bikes, Cool the dog off on hot days, wash dishes at camp, wet t shirt contest, it's really a do it all pressure shower!

    Better than you think...

Its the item you never knew you needed so badly... I use this for everything thing... Surf trips, camping trips, dishes, dog, bikes, watering plants, etc.

Takes very little effort to pressurize and its keeps pressure for many minutes. The pressure stays strong too. I like the LX version a bit more becasue of the larger capacity and the closed system. The smaller version has a bleed valve which is great for making sure it isn't over pressurized, but I really like the closed system... It allows you achieve a higher pressure to the unit. Also I like how its black now instead of grey. Gets much hotter in the sun i think.

The little rubber sleeve is super nice for hands free. YOu can find a stem on a tree to hang it on, and . boom, you got a real shower.

I also like the opening is big enough to clean out. The regular version is too small to get your hand into...

Get one, you wont be disappointed

    Shower Dance

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I am a van dweller and utilize this thing outside of my gym or hospital's hours and it is a life saver. With a full tank of water, it takes little to pressurize, and just a few foot pumps to keep solid pressure. Being that it is an upright tank, I rigged a secure line that connects to the the D-Ring to keep it from falling over during transit. I've found it easiest to rinse first, suds up, then rinse again in terms of efficiency but to each his own and how they like to shower. The spray nozzle comes with a rubber depressor to keep the gun continuously spraying, but find it unnecessary and it depletes your water stores far faster. If you want warmer water, put it in the cab of your vehicle or somewhere where it can absorb more heat, but be cautious, it is a closed system and will expand with additional heat, so the system shouldn't be left pressurized and then placed in to direct heat or sunlight.

    Cheers

    Game Changer

I've always been skeptical of camp showers, but this thing is awesome. The pressure is impressive and it lasts way longer than I thought it would. I use it not only to shower, but to give the bikes a clean and my dog a rinse. It will go on every car-camping adventure in the future!
