Pretty disappointed- it sprung a leak
Loved my pack and this bladder -- even with the challenging clip -- until it sprung a pinhole leak, which I didn't realize until filling it and leaving it on the kitchen counter, only to come back to a puddle on the floor an hour later. Very disappointed! I've never had it near anything sharp, so I was really annoyed since I have much older bladders from that other company and they've never leaked. Only upside was relief that it was the bladder soaking my pack, not excessive sweating. Would not buy again.

Great Product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bladder. Used for a 15 mile hike/trail run and I continue to use it for all my hikes/trail runs

Needs better directions
Very confusing how to open, at first use. I felt like I was going to tear the bag. No quick release for the hose, even though it is advertised that way, also very confusing.

Leaking from bottom seam after ~10 uses
Worked fine at first. Very difficult for a new user to figure out how to open it the first time, but I found help online. Main problem: It started leaking at the bottom seam after 3 races and a handful of training runs.

Easy clean, great nozzle
Replaced the bladder in one of my old packs with this one and couldn’t be happier with the quick attach tubing and ease of cleaning, also sealing system is very intuitive, kudos to the designers on this one

Bladderrific!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The two liter hydration container is BLADDERRIFIC! This is more than enough for your ten plus mile running days and a great companion on your half or full marathon journey. Take this on longer walks or hikes as well. Attach this to one of the many wonderful Nathan hydration packs or vests available, and you are set for an excellent hands free experience!

Replacement
I bought this as a replacement for the original one that came with the Vaporairess Lite I purchased. The original one started leaking from the mouth piece and would squirt a little bit of water every time I stepped down. I would not have minded if it was enough water to cool me off while running, but that wasn’t the case. To be fair, I believe it could have been my fault the original one started leaking. I may have bitten down too hard on it. The replacement one has been working fine for several weeks now. It’d be nice if Nathan sold the mouthpieces instead of having to buy the whole bladder tho.

Poorly designed mouthpiece
Had an old Nathan vest with bladder that lasted for six+ years with no issues...finally decided to upgrade and have used the new 2 liter bladder for two months and it leaks incessantly. Realized I had punctured the mouthpiece, assuming with my teeth, and now have to replace the entire bladder. Would be great if you could sell replacement mounthpieces, or make them more durable. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Replacement Bladder
This purchase was to replace an older model bladder. This new design is much harder to remove and replace the slide closure and harder to hold open to refill at aid stations during races. The old design was more user friendly.

Basically indestructible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bladder again because I love my first one so much. My first one didn’t break, I just like to have a backup. I also recently bought an in-line water filter for hiking trips, so I want one bladder dedicated to holding unfiltered water. I’ve had my first one for at least 6 years—basically indestructible!
