Great style, wrong measurements

when i looked at the measurement chart of this style all signs point to it fitting. upon receiving and trying it on it did not. i then measured the vest and compared it to the chart and found that the measurements of the actual garment were way off of what is listed on the site. it has been returned. i really wish it fitted, i love the design and materials
