The Mystery Ranch Forager Small Pocket is designed to give you a little bit of extra storage on the trail. Suited for everything from day hikes to multi-day backpacking trips, it's designed to fit on the waistbelt of compatible Mystery Ranch packs, so you can have quick access to snacks, GPS equipment, a headlamp, or first aid supplies. And if you're not hiking with pack that has a waistbelt, you can easily slide the Forager Pocket onto your own belt for a little bit of quick storage on shorter hikes.

Great extra capacity!
I bought it to attach to my Guide Light MT frame's waist belt when using the Gravelly 18 instead of the Marshall. Great added capacity, along with the Stick-It Plus and small Quick Attach Zoid Bag!

Easy to use!
I put off buying accessory items for my hunting pack for a long time, but finally invested in this forager pocket, and a couple of other attachments. I’m so glad I did. This pocket makes it so much easier to access items I need quickly, without having to take off my pack! Game changer! It’s also easy to install. Well worth the investment.

Necessary addition to your pack!
The molle holds it securely to your packs waist band and its perfect for things like dog treats that you need quick access to without taking your pack off. Plenty of room behind it to secure a knife sheath via molle as well

Does Not Fit Popup Packs
Great add on pocket but as designed it does not fit popup packs since popups only have three rows of molle. The two snap straps on the back are too wide apart. It’s a great pocket but please make a few we popup owners can order…simple fix!! Cmon Mystery Ranch I need those pockets for spot and stalk!

Not as expectednone
Pocket is good but snaps to hold pocket on the backpack are not. The snaps came open and the pocket fell off the pack the first time I went through some thick brush.

Great Pouch
Great pouch, I bought a small and a large pouch and both are great. can easily open them with one hand. The only thing that I do not prefer on these pouches is the snap buttons to on the molle connections. I frequently have these pop open while I am hunting.

I have the Coulee 40l pack. It would be great to have bigger pockets on the hip belt, more storage and also potentially easier to reach. Could these additional pockets(in large size) be used to replace the hip belt pockets?
