Missing some safety features

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:: One size fits all

When I purchased two of these life jackets, the photos showed two key safety features in the photos and videos that are missing from the actual product:. A signaling whistle on a tether and reflective strips on the inflation bladder. The photos and video showing these features from Mustang are still on the Mustang website but Backcountry removed them. So what is the reason the features are missing? Are these vests old inventory? If so, then discount the vests to compensate for aged and EXPENSIVE re-arm kit! Has the product designed changed to remove these features? No logical reason given from Backcountry… Other than that, the product is well made and comfortable to wear!
