Wet Chain Lube

Biodegradable means that the chain lube can be broken down naturally by microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, into harmless components. This is important because it ensures that when the lube washes away or is disposed of, it won't harm the environment or leave toxic residues, making it a safer choice for both your bike and the planet.

The drivetrain is the system that transfers your pedaling power to the wheels, including the chain, gears, derailleurs, and shifters. A well-lubricated drivetrain is crucial for smooth and efficient bike operation. If the components are not properly maintained, it can lead to increased friction, making pedaling harder and reducing overall performance.

A pipette applicator is a small tool that allows you to transfer and apply the chain lube in precise amounts. This helps minimize mess and ensures that you use the right amount of lubricant on your chain, which is essential for optimal performance and longevity of your bike's drivetrain.

Reducing friction is crucial because it allows for smoother movement between the components of your bike's drivetrain. Excessive friction can slow you down and make pedaling more difficult. Our chain lube is specifically designed to minimize friction, enhancing your riding experience and improving efficiency.

Wet chain lube is formulated for use in wet or muddy conditions, providing better adhesion to the chain and resisting washing away in rain or mud. In contrast, dry chain lubes are better suited for dry environments. If you often ride in challenging weather, a wet chain lube will offer superior protection and performance for your bike.

The frequency of application depends on your riding conditions. If you ride in wet or muddy environments, you may need to apply lube more often, typically after every ride or every few rides. For dry conditions, every few weeks or as needed is usually sufficient. Regular maintenance will keep your drivetrain running smoothly and efficiently.
