High performing snowshoes that meets all the marks.

A simple lightweight design that results in a well performing snow shoe. The binding is an upgrade from other designs making for fast install and removal. The design also has secure connections so the shoe maintains alignment when walking. Overall, these make it a pleasure to use as you forget they are on and focus more on the task at hand. These are used for backcountry traversing and pulling gear laden polk sleds so they get a workout.

Finally! Narrower snowshoes!

Best snowshoes ever. Lots of bite to dig into the iciest snow and does well in deep snow too, especially with the extra tail, which I recommend getting. I bought these because they were not as wide as others and this has hugely helped with my ability to walk in snow without having to walk bow legged. It also helps that they are shorter than others for my weight, so I can wear them short on packed snow and put the tail on for powder. I hope they eventually make an even skinnier version and maybe a tad longer. Then it would be the perfect snow shoe for everyone.

Great for PNW winter snowshoeing

Fantastic on the trails whether steep or rolling hills. I replaced old MSRs with these and the narrower width makes snow shoeing much easier. Straps are easy to use.

Climbing snowshoes

Great snow shoe for bushwhacking or steep, snow covered trails. I prefer smaller than manufacture’s suggested size. Much easier to bushwhack with a smaller shoe

Winners

These are the only snowshoes you’ll ever want to own forever. I replaced a pair of plastic ones with these. They are lightweight and very durable.

Best women's snowshoe on the market

I love these snowshoes for their ease of use and for the excellent traction they provide! Easy on and off with less straps to worry about. I use them on all my winter trails and steep mountain ascents when crampons are not needed. Living in Utah they let me spend more time outdoors, and trails are now possible year round.

Rugged and trustworthy snowshoes

Hike in deep snow in Alaska with these tough and trustworthy snowshoes. They felt great and got me through rugged terrain just fine.

Overall a good upgrade

These snowshoes are an upgrade for me from men's Revo Explores. I like that these are narrower. I used to trip myself when the front inner corner of the Revo would catch the ankle of my gaiter. I like that my big feet fit into the women's version of the Lightening. My size 11 boots did not fit into the women's Revo bindings. That's why my last ones were men's. I like the more aggressive grip of the lightnings, especially when I'm going downhill. I'm always a little uncomfortable coming off a mountain. I feel much more in control in these. I love the Paragon bindings. So much more comfortable than the hyperlinks. My feet would always slip forward on the descent and then the heel strap would come off. I used to have to crank the rachet on the Hyperlinks until my foot hurt and they would still come off. The only thing I find less satisfactory are the heel lifts. They are more aggressive than I like and because of my big feet my boot heels land on them very far forward. I do not feel very comfortable or stable when using them. Wish I could move them back a bit... I haven't decided if this is a deal breaker or not. I've only gotten to use them once so far.
