    Great technical shirt

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: XXL
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 214lbs

This shirt is loose and great for sun protection and for active wear. The materials are easily impacted by abrasions and prone to easy discoloration, so be aware of that. The shirt runs ever so slightly large in the arms. I will be comparing it to three other long sleeve technical shirts this winter. So far, it has outperformed all of my other activity shirts (Nike, Arcteryx, REI, and Columbia) except for Sage.

    Great Shirt

    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: L
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 190lbs

This is a very comfortable long sleeve shirt. It is a looser fit, which I prefer having somewhat broad shoulders. I only gave it 4 stars because to be worn on a warmer day, it does not breathe the best. It is fairly thick. If you are looking to wear this on a cooler day, then it is a great shirt. I wear this on just about any adventure outside from hiking to mountaineering to splitboarding.
Feel free to reach directly out to me with any questions at all!

    Much better options available

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Medium
    • Height: 6'1"
    • Weight: 185lbs

Wore this shirt for one day in Havasupai (near Grand Canyon). After wearing it for less than an hour, I noticed two runs in the sleeve, I hadn't even left camp yet, and I hadn't done any "bushwhacking". Later in the day, I noticed I felt like I was wearing a nylon layer (non-breathable) rather than a performance wicking, breathable fabric. Temps were in low 90's. I had another short-sleeved shirt from Rab that I ended up wearing the rest of the trip instead (along with more sunscreen!), and it was noticeably much cooler and less sweaty.
Also, the material is not nearly as stretchy as others. It is difficult to pull the neck over my head, and hard to pull the sleeves up my forearms. (I don't have a large head or forearms).
I would not recommend this shirt to anyone. Only gave 2 stars because it's cheaper than others.

Love the fit. Most of these type of base layers are really tight fitting. I don't like that style of fit. This is a nice loose fitting shirt that breathes really well. I should have bought 2 more while they were on sale.
