A super soft update to an old favorite

I bought this to replace a 15 year old Mountain Hardwear Monkey Phur jacket, and I'm pleased with the new model! The loft isn't quite as high, but it has the same warmth level, it's super soft, and the cuff and bottom edge material feels more substantial/tougher than the old model. The fit is slightly more generous than the old model, which I think most people will appreciate. I liked the shorter sleeve length and overall length on the old model because I'm short, but the same size in the new model also fits well. I'd say it runs true to size. I'm 5'2" with an athletic build, and the XS fits well. And the fuchsia/pink-purpley color is amazing in person. So far it's been washed a couple times and doesn't seem to shed much. I dry it for 5 or 10 minutes then let it hang dry the rest of the way to try to keep fiber shedding to a minimum.

My husband has had this jacket (men’s version) for years and I always steal it and wear it. I finally bought one for myself and I just love it. It is so soft and so warm. And great quality.

I have tried for years to replace my old Monkey Fleece that was accidentally ruined. Tried Ebay but all old and matted, none new. So happy I found this almost replacement. Very similar but the fleece is thinner. I dont mind as I have heavier fleeces already.

This is my favourite lounging hoody without the hood! It’s so comfortable, I would recommend it to anyone!

Runs slightly big, but extremely comfortable and warm! A great accessory for the pop of color and the pockets are amazing.

Soft and cozy

Soft and cozy, but on windy days I did experience some breeze coming through. I do feel warm in it though and would still recommend it if you’re looking for a soft material jacket. I have sensory issues so fabric textures that don’t rub my skin weirdly are two thumbs up and this jacket passes the test!

favorite fleece!

This is my fav fleece of all time! Zipper pockets, warm, cozy & fluffy like a teddy bear.. what more could you ask for!? I have it in gray also.
