DWR is a special treatment applied to fabrics that makes them water-resistant. It causes water to bead up and roll off the material instead of soaking in. This is especially beneficial for outdoor clothing, as it helps keep you dry during light rain or splashes, enhancing your comfort and performance during outdoor activities.

A gusseted crotch features an extra piece of fabric shaped like a triangle or diamond in the crotch area. This design allows for greater freedom of movement and comfort, making it ideal for activities like climbing or hiking. If your pants don’t have a gusseted crotch, they may feel less flexible during these activities.

The inseam is the measurement from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. To find your ideal inseam length, measure a pair of pants that fit you well or measure your leg from the crotch to your desired pant length. We offer various inseam options (short, regular, long) to accommodate different heights and preferences.

Stretchy fabric, typically made from a blend of nylon and elastane, offers flexibility and comfort. This allows for easier movement during physical activities like climbing or hiking, ensuring that your pants move with you rather than restricting your motion.

A low-profile waistband is thinner and less bulky than traditional waistbands, allowing it to sit flat against your body. While DWR treatment provides excellent water resistance for light rain and splashes, it is not designed for heavy downpours. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, consider wearing waterproof gear or layering with additional protective clothing to ensure you stay dry.
