Quality jacket

I really like this jacket. I took it on a spring snowboard trip and it worked great. The pit zips really helped as the day warmed up. The mapped insulation also works well.

Pretty Solid

Overall there are a lot of thing I like about the jacket. I was able to get 3 days in, 2 of them with fresh pow. The overall fit is great (M and I am 5 11" and 160). I liked the long sleeves and hood that fit over my helmet. The material is good and all the pockets are great. It kept me warm and dry with only a base layer in 20F. My complaint is the powder skirt. It is not tight enough when snapped for skinnier people. It also is stitched in too high up on jacket, meaning it sits at about where my snow pants end (this won't be a problem if you wear bibs), so it does not create a good seal. I wish it were tighter, lower, and had 2 layers of snaps like some jackets do.

Great Jacket

Used for the first time yesterday in a downpour of wet snow and a little rain, dry as a bone at the end of the day. Great features to store your ski pass and everyday carry items (phone, keys, wallet).

Quality product, but sizing is way off

Warm, durable coat. Haven’t put the Goretext to the test, but otherwise pleased. Sizing is way off. I’m 5”10 and the Medium size goes down to mid thigh and the sleeves are comically long. Recommend buying a size down if you choose Cloud Bank. Will sell mind and seek another brand.

Jacket is the bomb!

Great Jacket. Great ventilation. Kept me dry and warm in Tahoe blizzard. Only buy Goretex! Its the best! Don’t accept anything else!

Great coat, fits a bit big.

Great quality ski coat. It just seems a bit big for a medium. I'm 5'8" 160lbs

Warm, comfortable, good fit, bomber.

I bought this coat new in the Blue year 2023-24'. Been able to put a bunch of resort days in using this coat while on skis. I give it 5 stars. Very warm, so don't expect this to be your spring/warm day ski coat. This coat works really well in really cold temps with just my base layer on under it. I've always just used shells, and layer accordingly, but I have to admit, it's been pretty cool to have this coat with some insulation in it. I went medium, and I am 5 10" and 165. Fits great! Slightly baggy, which is the preferred style. Pretty durable coat, already 50+ days on it and looks pretty newish. I stuff inside a bag after skiing so it's not like I'm hanging it up or anything. I beat up my stuff pretty good. So far, no issues. Waterproofing is awesome, but I am in CO with that light powder snow, so can't attest in PNW conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this coat again. Enjoy

The Perfect Jacket

I just got this jacket, but by first impressions of use... WOW! This thing is exactly what I wanted. I have a shell for warmer days but had to bundle too many layers to stay warm on those cold days. I run very hot while skiing, I get to the bottom and need to strip or open all my layers to not overheat. This jacket gives you breathability while carrying the insulation that keeps you warm on the chair up. Literally the only thing that could be improved is the size of the armpit ventilation. Like I mentioned above I run hot so I would have enjoyed more airflow when I open the vents. But that tiny detail is the only thing I can find at fault and it's more of a personal preference. Bravo Mountain Hardwear!
