Millet's ski mountaineering pack puts crampons and skis within instant reach via magnetic and diagonal-carry systems
The Millet Pierra Ment 28L is built around the specific demands of ski mountaineering: transitions that need to happen fast and a load that has to stay organized from the car to the summit. The direct-access crampon compartment with magnetic closure keeps sharp metal isolated from the rest of the pack's contents so nothing snags or shifts when the pace picks up. Safety and summit kit each have a fixed address, which means the pack opens to exactly what you need at every stage of the day.
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The magnetic crampon compartment is the detail I didn't know I needed. Crampons go in and out without fumbling with buckles at the base of a couloir, which matters when the weather is moving in."
