Great lightweight jacket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic lightweight rain jacket! I am involved in scouting and it’s important to have great gear that can pack up in a backpack. Everyone in my family had one of these. The fact that it can zip up into the pocket is awesome!

Nice jacket for wind but not for staying dry

Wore this jacket in a downpour and got soaked. I like so many other things about this jacket but absolutely would not recommend it for rainwear.

go to rain coat...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth every penny! Extremely durable, easy to pack, great wind break, amazing breathability, and 100% waterproof. Exactly what I needed. Marmot knocks it out of the park yet again!

Size chart inaccurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size chart isn’t accurate. Size up at least one full size based on your measurements. That being said, I like the jacket. Given the longevity issues noted by other reviewers, I would not have paid full price. I am typically a size 16 and got the 2X even though a xxl should have fit.

This will be a great layer!

Nice shell jacket, runs small (for me anyway) so I had to return and reorder. Customer service was very quick so it was not an issue.

Great jacket RUNS SMALL

I bought this jacket a couple of weeks ago but was so disappointed when it arrived. It’s a great looking jacket but it runs REALLY small. I normally wear a 2X but a 3X was too small.

Rainforest -stayed dry !

I bought this for a trip to the Olympic peninsula. I sure it during a torrential rain during a hike through the Hoh rainforest. Which I think may be the wettest place in the US lol. I stayed dry! The whole time. My only suggestion is to wear like a baseball cap because I think with the hood pulled all the way up I couldn’t see well enough to look up and around and everything I wanted to see. But overall did the job it fit well and I was dry!

Mostly good, but sleeves not fully waterproof

I used this jacket on a recent trip to Florida. It was lightweight, comfortable and packed up into a small pouch, which was great, but during a downpour my arms got soaked (the rest of me was ok). Not sure why the arms failed, as otherwise I would have given this jacket 5/5 stars.

super light weight

Great light weight jacket. Keeps you dry and protected from the wind. And it packs nicely into one of its pockets. Highly recommend this jacket for a hiking jacket.
