Sharp looking, warm jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Hype Down Jacket in the Moon River color and have to say that the color in the pictures perfectly matches the in-person color. Beyond that, it's a really sharp looking jacket - totally trendy right now - and is nice and warm for Michigan in November. Love that its fabric shields the wind. Highly recommend.

Awesome Jacket!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite jacket. It is very lightweight yet is very warm. It has been getting into below freezing temperatures in my area and this has been my go to. I was very surprised how warm this is without the bulk.

Can be better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected a better quality of material. The jacket fits well but the quality is not at all good. Feels like cheap material. Even the zipper didn't go well woth me. If you can add more insulation to the jacket that might be more better.

outstanding jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yet another absolutely awesome Marmot product! This jacket is super lightweight yet incredibly warm. Can be used as a base layer under another jacket on really cold days. Arm length is great and the cinch tie around the waist is nice as well!

Love the color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep seeing this type of jacket on people and finally decided to pull the trigger. Love the ice blue color and the fit is snug but not too tight. Sometimes arm lengths are a bit short and this one was just right with a large.

Perfect for backpacking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Jacket for backpacking because it is lightweight, warm and compact storage capability. The design is very functional with zippers on both side pockets to keep your valuables safe and elastic cuffs along the wrist section. The interior has two large pockets along the lower portion which have a dual purpose of storing the jacket into a compact ball and takes up minimal space in your backpack. The waist section has an elastic sinch cord which allows the Jacket to be loose or form fitting. I intended on just using this jacket as a base layer but found it to be warm enough by itself. If you go on long walk or backpack through the woods this is honestly the perfect all around Jacket!

Super Warm and Built Right
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my black Hype jacket. It's extremely light and packable - but shockingly warm. I like Marmot's fit - enough space in shoulders for atheltic build but not too long or bulky around waist. Black color has almost a matte finish and I like the somewhat incognito logo. Great fall and winter coat so far.

Really Lightweight but Super Warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s almost hard to believe that something that is as lightweight as this jacket can keep you as warm as it does. The jacket weighs hardly anything, and is perfect for rolling up and stowing in your luggage for taking on a trip. I like that it has outside pockets as well as nice deep inside pockets in case I need to stash anything in those. The jacket itself fits well and is pretty much true to size. Little touches such as the sleeve cuffs fitting close to the wrist and a drawstring at the bottom of the jacket prevent allow for maximum warmth. In addition to all the tangible properties of the jacket itself it’s also nice that it’s made up of at least 75% recycled material, and that the materials are sourced responsibly. This is a great option if you’re looking for a new warm winter coat.

Warmest Lightest Jacket Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is super great for a lot of different reasons. Most importantly, it is crazy warm for a relatively small jacket - it doesn't completely block wind, so that is worth noting, but otherwise its perfectly suitable for temps down to 40s with just a t-shirt on underneath. Its also probably the lightest jacked ive ever owned... it literally weighs nothing, which is nice if you are the type of person who wears a jacked all day. As far as weather resistance it doesn't say anything about being water proof / resistant, so I haven't tried to wear it in the rain (I don't want to risk ruining the down fill). I am 6'0 about 155 lbs and a medium fits me almost perfectly, just a little boxy which is fine for a winter coat of you like to layer.

Comfortable, light jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my FAVORITE fall jacket. Its lightweight, warm, kind of like a thick down jacket but a lighter version. Its easy to pack into a small bag when you don't want to wear it, and a stylish outer layer to wear over a sweater or a hoodie. Its a staple for me
