Good quality gloves but run small

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I've owned many Mammut products over the years this is the first glove purchase and can say this is an affordable, quality made glove, they look nice and like the feel of the leather palm.
I have medium size hands so ordered a 7, found them too snug and gave them to my 11 year old son who is 5'7" fit him perfectly, he uses them while riding his mountain bike during the winter months in Dallas. I recommend ordering up to a size 8 or 9, really depends on the fit you want.

    Huge fan

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 7

I'm a huge fan of Mammut, and these gloves live up to the quality that I expect from them.

The leather palms and fingers provide a good deal of dexterity and control, while the outer material is comfortable.

Also, as a bonus - they're not black. It's hard to find lightweight gloves that are anything but, so it's nice to have a bit of diversity in the lineup.

The only piece to watch out for is the sizing. I have smaller medium hands and wear a 7 in both pairs of mammut gloves that I own (these and a ski pair).

    Close but no Cigar

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs large

I've become a big fan of Mammut stuff and based on what I saw these looked like pretty good light weight gloves. What came were bulky and thick gloves that were not going to work well for me. The fit was a big and they were not going to work for me. Needless to say they were shipped back. I was bummed because they looked great online.

    Real windproof but breathable

Riding my bike on winter days in Kansas, these gloves are really helping to keep my hands warm and dry. The leather design on fingers and palm can give me enough grip on the bike handles and brakes. They are not bulky, I can still handle my keys and open doors while they are on my hands. This is a nice pair of gloves.

Such a nice pair of gloves!

      • Fit: True to size

I purchased these to just take the chill off weather I was snowshoeing, skiing, or winter camping & these are perfect! They are not super lightweight or really bulky either; Just right. The sizing chart is dead on. Quality made & they look great.

      The Swiss Done Good

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size

First time I've ever owned anything from Switzerland other than a watch or a knife. Great gloves, good value. I used the measurement criteria, and the fit was accurate.
