My favorite shell
Fits very well, repels water within reason for GTX, and packs up small. Breathability is pretty good. However, dirt shows easy on this color. A common companion on most adventures with unpredictable weather in alaska. Have used during summer field work in the backcountry, coastal Alaska hikes in the rain, and fast and light ski adventures. If you have long arms or want a jacket that is more slimming for the size than a comparable brand, this is it. Quality is epic as to be expected from Mammut.

Very light weight, vents work well under armpits. Not super breathable but good.

Great coat and value
This is my 2nd Mammut goretex coat - 1st is a hardshell that is tremendous in our New England winters. I'm expecting this one to be great also in it's own way.

Great at its job - slim fit
I wanted a packable rain jacket that works in Alaska. I’m also 6’2” and 185 lbs (slim dimensions) and it fits wonderfully. It works as an extra layer of warmth for travel, and if I have a thin puffy underneath, works as a cold weather system. About the only thing I’d like is a chest pocket for sunglasses, but the fit is really the reason I have consistently gone with Mammut gear. I managed to get some of the DWR coating off the front, but have had no issues with water after months of use.

Fits Tight, Performs exceptionally
The Convey is an excellent shell, lightweight, agile, and keeps precipitation far from me. Fits a little tighter than I'd prefer so I could only fit a fleece under not a puffer. All in all great piece

Quality jacket
This jacket has kept me warm and dry throughout some pretty tough weather. It works super well as a shell layer. But you may want to size up a bit if you plan on using multiple layers.

Great lightweight windproof jacket. Has been a shell with different layers underneath.

Extremely weather proof
Hiked through norway with some wild weather and this stood up to the conditions. Have previously used a mountain equipment brand and southface brand that haven't held up as well as this mammut jacket

Surprisingly well insulated for how thin this jacket is

Packable travel solution
I needed a lightweight travel shell for slipping in my laptop bag and not taking up space. I fly around the country and it is good for blacking wind and rain when the weather changes quickly
