Insoles not glued in, hard sole, run hot
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- 9
I bought these a size bigger than normal because I wear thick socks for hiking. They are comfortable and wide enough for my feet (I like wide toe boots). But the insoles are not glued in and on my right foot, it was moving half an inch within the first few minutes of walking, which was very uncomfortable. My boyfriend superglued the insole in, but if I'm paying this much money, this shouldn't be something I have to deal with. I haven't done a long hike (over 6 miles) with them so the jury is still out. But they are very supportive around the ankle. There is not quite enough cushion on the insole on rocks, or so it feels now. Lowa needs to glue these insoles and make them a little thicker. The first day wearing them to the market they hurt my feet. But they are worked in a bit now and I tried them on a 6-mile hike and they were good. I wear wool socks for cushion and it's very hot - no airflow. I liked my La Sportivas for comfort but they came apart really quickly. Things are made cheaply now and hopefully these will last a bit. I think these Lowas are true to size but can't be sure.

My go to for hikes and treks!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Love love love the Innox Pro! It hugs my foot so well, and feels like a sock. I feel supported, without the bulk of bigger boots. Such a great product - can't say enough! 10-12 Miles a day trekking in Switzerland for a week... the Innox Pro handled it with ease!!
