Trekking Through Life
I am delighted with my Leki Instructor Lite trekking poles. Since I’ve started using my poles a month ago, I’ve been able to reach my goal of walking 4,000 steps every day.

NORDIC Walking Poles

These are top-rated Nordic walking poles on every website I've visited, so despite the fact they were described as "trekking poles" here (they are indeed Nordic walking poles), I purchased them. I'm not disappointed! In my opinion they have earned every 5 star review they've received! Although I've read about the hazards of two-piece poles collapsing, there these are well-built and exceptionally strong. I like the option of adjustable length, especially when storing them. The straps are very comfortable and fit well. I'm so glad I was able to order them from Backcountry. I live in a remote area in Montana and was pleasantly surprised to receive them in a couple of days.

Awesome Walking Poles!!!
I'm a 78 year old once very fit man who now has severe hearing loss with attendent balance issues and I have ostearthritis in a hip joint, knees, and hands. My Leki Nordic Walking poles enable me to walk safely. I've walked up to 5 miles without a hitch! These are awesome walking enablers!!! I highly recommend them!

Life-changing!
Life-changing! I started with less expensive poles but they were heavy and awkward. The LEKI’s are lightweight, sturdy, and ingeniously engineered.

Light and fast. Should ship with extra spike booties and hand straps; one pair bigger to use with gloves.
