The Lange Code 130 BOA LV GW Ski Boot holds its line at speeds a softer boot starts to give up, thanks to a 130 flex built on a race-inspired 97mm last. That stiffness doesn't come at the cost of the walk mode: an internal spoiler keeps the fixed-cuff feel and power transmission locked in on the way down, then an elastomer insert at the shell connection frees up a natural flex for the climb back up. A Friction Free Hinge keeps that climb smooth, and a BOA fit lower shell dials in precision closure without fumbling with buckles at the trailhead.
