Why We Like The KEEN NXIS Evo Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot
The NXIS Evo Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot is the first fast-and-light hiker hybrid with KEEN's original comfort fit. It features a light and agile build for fast and easy hikes near home, plus KEEN's iconic toe boxes, which protect our toes while giving them some wiggle room. The NXIS also features a waterproof membrane for sloppy conditions and versatile traction with horseshoe-shaped lugs designed to grip muddy downhills, rocky uphills, and slippery sidewalks. With less weight than a true hiking boot and more protection than a trail running shoe, it's a lightweight solution for fast-packers, day hikers, and urban hikers alike.

Boots
I love these boots. This is the third pair I have purchased. I love the wide-toe box, and they run true to size.

The perfect boot !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with my purchase, I’m upset with myself for not making the purchase sooner. I’m in the process of purchasing a second pair to alternate with . Satisfied costumer, Robert L Shields

Great boot
Very light in weight, ample toe box and shock absorbing tread. Comfortable and nice looking.

Comfortable and waterproof
Returned another pair that were more industrial than I wanted. Got these - more my speed - lightweight, waterproof, hiker, that could be used for farm work. Really comfortable. Time will tell on durability, but so far so good, and I’m tough on my footwear.

Great boot for LEO
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these after wearing Targhee EXPs. Wish I would have found them sooner. They have a lot of cushion and are VERY comfortable. Im about to order another pair just to keep in the closet. Highly recommend for any law enforcement officer.

Great Patrol Boots
I bought these after unsuccessfully trying two separate models of Hoka boots, both of which were too small. I typically wear Altra or Vivo Barefoot shoes, and I appreciate the wider toe box these have. They are very comfortable and I anticipate buying another pair when these wear out.

Not waterproof.
I wore my Keens NXIS EVO for the first light rain weather day. I was disappointed that both feet were wet in the heal after a 2 hour walk. I was walking on a paved road.

I don’t know
I purchased my first pair about a year ago and they are the most comfortable boot i have ever worn. They started to get pretty ragged so I bought another pair and the new ones killed my feet, so i had to go back wearing my older ones. I don’t understand it because my first pair was comfortable one day one.

Perfect patrol boot for police
This is my work boot and it is by far the most comfortable and durable boot I’ve owned! Light enough for foot chases and comfortable when standing for long periods.

Good looking. Feel ok on
Good looking. Feel ok on carpet, pavement and grass. For hiking on gravel, small stones and uneven surface, the footbed and cushioning are dismal. Hot spots from toe to heel and poor ankle support. Can you please suggest something more comfortable?
