Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried so many hiking boots over the years, but these top the charts! Comfortable, supportive, waterproof! I put them thru the test and walked thru several creeks, and they stayed dry!

Temporarily waterproof boots
I bought the Men's Durand II Waterproof Boot for work and within a couple weeks they started coming apart at the seam where my pinky toe presses against the side. I found this out when snow started seeping through to my socks. My only option was to exchange for the same kind of boot so I tried to go easier on the replacements to make them last but eventually they came apart at the exact same spot. I’ve had other Keens in the past that were great so it was disappointing to have such a bad experience with these. For how much they charge you’d think they’d make sure I got some boots that could actually hold up.

Great all-around boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have short but very wide feet and these boots fit like a glove. I work as a gardener and in my free time I do ecological restoration so I am on my feet a lot, and on all sorts of terrain… These are really the only boots that have worked well for me over the past several years. I get at least an entire season out of them, which is more than with most other styles I have tried.

I needed a taller boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a taller boot than my Targhees and our Assistant Scoutmaster had these boots and liked them and I decided to get these over a similar Lowa boot based on my good experience with Keen over the years.’ Many reviews mentioned the need to size up whereas others said true to size. My feet are very wide 4E but I have been very comfortable in Targhees. I contacted customer service and mentioned what I had already and asked about sizing up. They recommended sizing up if I wanted the same fit/feel of my old boots with seems to be true. I really love these boots and the extra support they provide for my ankles which helps me downhill on rocky steep trails. They are mostly leather except the tongue and they took about a week of casual wear plus one hike to feel totally broken in.. these are a quality boot I hope serves me as long as my old Targhees and feel very solid.

Great boot, but did not even last two years
Great Boot, but does not last. Both boots are coming apart near to toe area and no longer waterproof. I've had the boots less than two years and the boots are only used in colder weather fall to spring. They fit great - show limited wear (overall), but leak badly. I like the comfort, support and performance. I ordered new (again) to see if these will last more than a year / or two. - Giving these one last try.

Great American made shoes
I really like the comfort and fit. Bought my wife a pair after I liked mine so much. They seem to be really good quality.

Size as advertised is very inaccurate
I purchased these made in USA boots hoping the quality would be better. I've seen a marked decline in the quality of Keen footwear. Since I read that they run small, I ordered larger than usual, only to find it was still too small. So I returned and ordered larger. Still too small. So one more time, ordered even larger, still too small. I usually wear 11. I tried on 111 1/2 wide, 12, and 12 wide. The 12 wide fit even tighter than the 11 1/2 wide. Quality control is very lacking. Count me dissatisfied with Keen.

Finally
Hooray we got it done! After more or less 3months and my 3rd. pair of shoes I ht the jackpot, a pair of American made shoes that don't leak (1st. set) a pair of shoes that have the insole clued in correctly (2nd. pair) did not even have a chance to wear those, to the 3rd. pair. By now those have some amount of comfortable miles on it including some shallow creek beds I have a pair of hikers that do not leak (at least for now) and I hope it stays this way, along with a very good fit and comfort planing on many more miles with those and my dog.
