Very Disappointed
I’ve been wearing Keen shoes for 20 years. I know my size and bought these shoes multiple times in the past in black and brown without a thought and loved them. The last several pairs I bought had very stiff uppers and tongues that dont break in/soften easily or quickly. I kept one pair hoping I could break it in but its still uncomfortable and I regret keeping them. I’ve ordered other similar styles and returned them all I’m not sure if I can keep buying Keen shoes.

These were replacements for Austins
These were replacements for Austins that I bought some 12 years ago (give or take). The new shoes were narrower than my first pair and I could not wear without pain. Was told Keen no longer makes the wider Austin. Had to return. Loved my first pair, disappointed with the second.

Best Shoes Ever!
I’ve probably had about twenty pairs of these shoes over the past fifteen to twenty years. I wear them every day all day. From teaching on concrete floors to walking, hiking and building or yard work. Please keep making these shoes!
