Stretch side panels lined with brushed fleece let the skirt move with a base layer instead of fighting it, and a PFC-free water-repellent treatment keeps the down performing in wet snow. Kari Traa sources the down responsibly, so the warmth comes without an ethical trade-off. Landing above the knee with an elastic waistband, the skirt layers easily over leggings or a base layer for both trailside stops and the walk back to the car.
