The Karakoram Nomad Splitboard Interface Binding uses Active Joining to pre-load the connection between binding and board, so the ride feels locked in with no play the moment the lever closes. A quarter turn switches the binding from ride mode into tour mode, where an offset cradle and quick-release bracket keep the pivot smooth through a full skin track. The C4 Carbon Highback and AirPod Straps carry that same lightweight-but-supportive approach into the descent, flexing enough to stay comfortable without giving up power transfer on firm snow.
