A: In-shop installation is only available on bikes built by us. The DIY Kit — the same Lotus Pro™ film — is available to any rider, self-installed or done at your local shop.

A: About 1 business day. Essential takes 1–2 hours and Covered takes 2–3 hours, and the film needs time to fully cure before your bike ships.

A: No—cure time protects the finish. If you're on a deadline, talk to us before ordering, or choose expedited shipping once your bike ships

A: Our own certified bike technicians, in-house. RideWrap supplies the film; our team handles every cut and application.

A: Yes. The DIY Kit uses the same Lotus Pro™ film as our professional install — add it to your bike order or shop it separately.

A: We will install gloss or matte to match your frame’s paint job. If you would like a different finish, please work with a Gearhead to select the right option.

A: Individual pieces can be replaced without rewrapping the whole bike, and the film carries a 10-year warranty against yellowing and cracking.
