Perfect! except that ...
My sister introduced me to Icebreaker, and I couldn't wait to get some of these tops for myself. I started with the 175s but won't get them again - after one wear/wash, they disintegrated and now mine can only be worn at home, so pocked with repairs are they. I bought three 200s, and they are great, except that one of them has quickly developed a hole as well. So, if these tops were less prone to developing holes, I would be more of a fan. I love everything else about them, but, as it is, they're not great value for the price.

My favourite long sleeve!

Warmth without the bulk

Trusted wardrobe staple

Cold-Weather Comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because this winter was unusually cold and wet where I live, I wore my Icebreaker base layers daily. I usually wear the 260 weight, and decided to try this one. Glad I did! It's perfect for transitions between seasons. Like the heavier weight shirts, this one is soft and comfortable. I look forward to collecting more colors!

An everywhere anytime long sleeve
Works for absolutely everything. Layering in sports, on its own with a scarf and jacket out and about, even as a sleep shirt on chilly nights - I wear this shirt year-round. These keep on looking great and performing, fit’s perfect: that’s why this one is my third (?) one.

My fav base layer
I've dozens of IB items, usually in blacks. This is my first bright orange top and I love it. I wear it with a skirt or black pants and a jacket for work. Get a lot of compliments because of the bright cheery color.
